Monsoon Winds of Flavor – A Journey of Tradition, Taste & Indian Hospitality
Every great story begins with roots, passion and a dream. At Monsoon Winds of Flavor, our story is a beautiful meeting of two different regions of India, two personal journeys and one shared love for authentic Indian food and heartfelt hospitality.
We are two partners, Chef Manish Sharma and Madhu, brought together by our deep connection to Indian culture, traditions and the belief that food is much more than what is served on a plate. It is an emotion, a memory and a way of bringing people together.

Two Roots. One Passion.
Chef Manish Sharma
The Soul of Punjabi Flavours
With his roots deeply connected to Punjab, Manish brings the richness, warmth and bold flavours of traditional Punjabi cuisine to Monsoon Winds of Flavor.
With 15 years of professional culinary experience in Spain, he has developed a deep understanding of food, flavours and the art of creating memorable dining experiences.
His cooking is inspired by the food he grew up with, the traditions he carries in his heart and the authentic flavours of Punjab. For Manish, every dish tells a story, and every recipe deserves care, passion and respect for its origins.
Madhu
The Heart of Hospitality, Inspired by Rajasthan
Coming from Jodhpur, the magnificent heritage city of Rajasthan, Madhu brings a beautiful cultural influence and a genuine passion for hospitality.
With 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Madhu believes that making guests feel welcome is just as important as serving delicious food.
Inspired by Rajasthan’s rich heritage, warmth and traditions, Madhu brings a personal touch to the experience, ensuring that every guest feels valued, comfortable and cared for.
A Beautiful Combination of Punjab & Rajasthan
Monsoon Winds of Flavor is where the vibrant culinary traditions of Punjab meet the timeless charm and heritage of Rajasthan.
Our food celebrates authentic desi flavours, traditional recipes and the richness of Indian spices, with a touch of inspiration from Rajasthan’s royal heritage.
We stay connected to our roots because we believe that the true beauty of Indian cuisine lies in its traditions, its diversity and the love that goes into preparing every meal.
Our Philosophy – Atithi Devo Bhava
Our greatest inspiration is the timeless Indian philosophy:
“Atithi Devo Bhava”– The Guest Is God.
For us, hospitality is not simply a profession; it is a feeling and a responsibility.
We believe every guest deserves warmth, respect, attention and genuine care. From the food we prepare to the way we welcome you, we put our hearts into every detail.
We don’t just want you to visit our restaurant. We want you to feel at home, experience the warmth of India and leave with beautiful memories.
